School of Computer Science & Engineering at SUNY Buffalo: Taught CSE101 to 400 students. This course covered all the basic microsoft applications and many other topics related to computers.

Common Grounds Internet Café, Inc.: Owner and President. This position included many tasks including but not limited to: providing public computer access to individuals, computer training on a wide range of topics both in the training facility at Common Grounds and at customer sites, World Wide Website design, development, service, marketing and maintenance, building and configuring of computers and setting up small networks. This position also require running the day-to-day business operations, managing employees, accounting, ordering product and insuring growth and profitability.
Summer 94 – 2000
Division of Micro Computer Education at SUNY Buffalo: Instructor-this position involved training individuals from various companies in the usage of popular software packages like: Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point, Photoshop and AutoCAD.

CAD MAN: Started own computer consulting business. This business included: computer training, consulting, technical support, custom configuration, and sales.

CAD Graphics Systems, Inc.: This job involved computer sales, AutoCAD and third party application software sales, as well as conducting training sessions and seminars in AutoCAD releases 9-13. Worked with hundreds of companies including: Cannon Design, Keller Technology, and Welch’s Grape.
2/91 – 8/93
Department of Computing and Information Technology at SUNY Buffalo: This job involved training engineers in AutoCAD and Corel Draw, as well as CAD drafting and design of multi-media classrooms and equipment at the University. Also, created a file setup and logging system. This system allows the user to locate, edit, and plot previously created AutoCAD drawing files.

Mesch Engineering, P.C.: CAD operator, worked in a variety of disciplines, including: Architectural, P&ID, Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, and Structural using AutoCAD and ASG software.
8/89 – 12/89
Octagon Corporation: CAD operator, job entailed integrating large assembly drawings together utilizing an Intergraph CAD Microstation.
7/89 – 9/89
Cannon Design: CAD operator, worked in the Facilities Management group. This job included freezing video images of damaged areas filmed at Boston University (BU), and saving them onto disk. At a later date photographs of the damaged areas would be taken and large books assembled. Also documented the locations of the deficiencies on floor plans of the buildings produced in AutoCAD R.10.
Skills:
A good web designer needs computer skills, design skills and marketing knowledge. Scott has all three. He is highly motivated and goal oriented. Works well under pressure. He has excellent communication and computer based training skills on a group level or individually and manages time extremely well.

Received Ph.D from SHK (School of Hard Knocks) researching, starting, and successfully running Common Grounds Internet Cafe for 5 years.
Graduated in May, 1995 with a BS in Business Management and Marketing from the University at Buffalo.
